Creator of the hit show Black-ish Kenya Barris will be teaming up with athlete and now producer Blake Griffin as well as Ryan Kalil to remake the 90’s sports comedy White Men Can’t Jump.

The film will come out of 20th Century Fox with Barris writing the script which is nothing new to him or to audiences thanks to his hit show for Fox that is Black-ish. The original premise revolved around two hustlers who end up trying to hustle each other, but end up teaming up to hustle everyone else around them on the courts of Los Angeles.

It is unclear who will be playing which role and where the story wants to go, but the original film definitely holds a place in most people’s hearts as a 90’s treasure with two of the 90’s most prominent actors in Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson.
