Good News, James Wan Is Still Very Much Directing Aquaman

Thank God is all I have to say because there is no bigger cheerleader for Warner Bros. and DC than this guy. When Seth Graham-Smith (writer of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter) left the project and the bug was rumored to have latched onto Wan.

This is why people, including myself, need to be calm until the rumors are confirmed to be real or not. As far as Graham-Smith leaving, I don’t care, in fact, I’m actually really excited about his departure. The Flash is an exceptionally important and quality character in all of comics and should be treated as such, but bringing on a director/writer who would make his directorial debut like Graham-Smith would have is insulting.

Back to Wan, his horror background and success at Warner Bros. has been outstanding and if he does for whatever end up leaving the project then we have a large reason to be concerned for the future of DC live-action films that aren’t Batman.
