Here’s the First Trailer For Marvel’s Doctor Strange (2016) – Trailer Review

After suffering through Jimmy Kimmel Live for the millionth time for the sake of seeing a trailer, we have finally been given the long awaited first live-action look at Marvel’s magical character that is Doctor Strange. Benedict Cumberbatch will be portraying the Sorcerer Supreme while Chiwetel Ejiofor, Tilda Swinton, Rachel McAdams, and Mads Mikkelson headline the cast.

The trailer was merely a teaser, but even with the teaser giving us a fair amount of the characters origin for audiences and fans who know little about him, it still leaves many questions unanswered and has us scratching our heads as to when Christopher Nolan decided to come on and direct Inception 2 with Benedict Cumberbatch in a red cape. All joking aside, we don’t see nearly as much magic as one would hope from a film that will strictly contain magic and sorcery as it’s main weapons, but I’m sure we will get a glimpse sooner than later.

I have no doubts the cast will blow us away with their performances and that Cumberbatch will impress us all as the egotistic surgeon who seeks help for her injured money making hands.

Did this increase or decrease your excitement for the fantasy/horror style Marvel film or did it peak interests enough to keep you on board? Comment below with your thoughts on the trailer.
